Last September 2, Certified Management Consultant conducted a forum with a topic “Improve Performance Using Balance Scorecard” which was held at CMC HQ commencing from 1:30pm to 4:30pm.
The said forum was attended by 15 participants and mostly accountants by profession. The speaker, Ms. Lauren Borja, explained in detail and open-handedly shared her expertise on how to use Balance Scorecard in business, how to apply it in creating and implementing business strategies and how to design and build one.
The forum is organized by CMC Philippines and its objective is to equip every CMC members and to advance their knowledge in management and consulting.
