Founded in 1986, the COFILCO is the umbrella organization of Filipino consulting firms/ offices and individuals, many of which/ whom regularly participate in the Philippine (PH) Government’s various infrastructure programs and initiatives and in internationally-funded and private sector funded infrastructure programs and initiatives as well e.g. World Bank, ADB, USAID, AusAid, CIDA, etc.
