Confederation of Filipino Consulting Organization of the Philippine (COFILCO) members will now have the chance to become accredited members of The Institute of Certified Management Consultants (ICMC) Philippines through the seminar, “Essentials in Management Consulting”.
ICMC Philippines Executive Director, Mr. Ong signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with COFILCO President Mr. Cesar Baltazar last February 28, 2014 at ICMC Headquarters, Tektite Tower, Pasig City.
The signed MOA is about ICMC entering into a partnership with COFILCO, making it easy for latter’s members to apply for membership at ICMC. Through the agreement, COFILCO aims to bring ICMC closer to its members and give them the opportunity to increase their knowledge and skills that will help them engage in many business deals in a highly competitive manner.
To become an accredited member of ICMC Philippines, one must go through a lot of process and “attending training is the very first step in the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) process before they can be credited as a CMC members”, says Mr. Ong. COFILCO will therefore give its members the privilege to become accredited members of ICMC by attending the seminar or training prepared by ICMC Philippines. After the seminar, the COFILCO members can now to apply for examination and proceed with CMC certification.
COFILCO is a consulting organization whose main objective is to support initiatives for globally competitive Filipino consultants and to promote and protect the interests of Filipino Consultants.
