Building Client Rapport with CMC Forum


The Institute of Certified Management Consultants (CMC®) Philippines held a CMC Forum last July 9, 2014 at CMC Headquarters, PSE Tower, Ortigas, Pasig City.

Titled “New Business is Never an Accident”, the seminar focused on paving the road to winning relationships with clients. It explored the mindset of the buyer and gave the organization a brand new map to win more business, build trust, and create lasting relationships.

The forum, which started at 6:00 in the evening and ended at around 9:30pm, was attended by Managing Directors, Human Resource Professionals, Accountants, Presidents/CEOs/Owners from different companies in Metro Manila like Zlift Solutions, Consult2win, Punong Bayan & Araullo, Profiles Asia pacific Incorporated and many more. Participants of the forum are a combination of CMC alumni and professionals with great interest in business and entrepreneurship.

With the guidance of business veteran Mr. Michael J. Tolan, the attendees were able to create a new strategy to face the challenge created by market resistance, lack of cooperation from prospects or excuses that they hear when selling products and services.
