The Institute of Certified Management Consultant Philippines (ICMC) proudly welcomes its four new members:

The newest additions to ICMC family are Business Consultants from Globe Telecommunications Incorporated with great and outstanding background.
Mr. Basilio Ponciano I. Carpio IV graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Study Major in Administration in University of Santo Tomas and is currently a Business Consultant in Globe Telecom Inc. He is specializing in the field of IT/Computer – Network/System/Database with over 22 years of experience in the field, Mr. Carpio has become a trainer for the officership training program and has formulated numerous business strategies and product development which largely contributed to the success of various companies.
Mr. Arsenio G. Josue is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering in De La Salle University Manila. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with over fourteen years of progressive, hands on experience in Telco, BPO, electronics, semi-conductor and industrial manufacturing environments. Having fourteen years of rich experience, he has trained over 300 employees including all Green Belts and has created training manuals. His experience gained him knowledge and understanding of six Sigma and Application in various internal and customer projects that greatly contributed to company growth.
Ms. Morena Marasigan-Lacanilao, currently working as a business Consultant at Globe telecom, is a graduate of Business Administration Major in Marketing at Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She continued to study in graduate school with Master in Business Administration at De La Salle University and graduated in the year 2005. With more than seven years of experience in process improvement and support to operations with recognized strengths in problem-solving and analysis, she has coached project team members and lead planning and implementing proactive procedures and subsystem to avoid encountering problems in the company operations. She is also an acknowledged Six Sigma Black Belt and has successfully trained and coached a number of 6 Sigma Green Belts supporting the company’s process improvement initiatives. She was also able to develop a plan, conduct review and gap analyses, process evaluation, and maintain or update accurate reports in Knowledge SharePoint.
Ms. Fiona Socorro A. Seminiano is a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry Graduate at University of Santo Tomas and is currently employed as a Business Consultant at Globe Telecom Inc. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Ms. Seminiano facilitated Yellow Belt and Green Belt Methodology Trainings, coached green belts and drive the 6 Sigma imbedding in the organization through Change Management. She has been involved in a number of client engagements from different companies and is currently responsible for the ongoing conceptualization of at least 2 potential new product offering of Globe.
